If you have a problem with your appliance you are renting from us, give us a call on one of our local office numbers.
We will book a service repair NEXT DAY or at at time that is convenient to yourself.
When reporting a fault, please give us as much information as possible so that we can diagnose the fault quickly.
If the appliance is faulty and non repairable we will replace it.
All repairs are included in the cost of the rental.
Please note: We do not work Sundays or Bank Holidays so if you notice a fault occurring let us know as soon as you possible so we can arrange a service repair. Free repairs are not applicable if the appliance has been damaged or misused.
